Designer Balin Lee shows how an idea of the construction of an usual tree can be adapted to futuristic interior design. On the recent Electrolux Design Lab Competition he has presented the high-tech Kitchen Tree. The centre part is a refrigeration unit, which is connected with five pods by easy adjustable hollow branches. There are different pods available. That could be as a simple container with the controlled temperature as even small sensory sink.
